Blaming

shutterstock 114078757It is so easy to blame others for things we don’t like or which don’t go as we wish. Why take responsibility when we can hold others responsible? It is their fault, easy to say but does it improve things? Not really. As long as we blame others for what’s wrong in our life or for how we feel, we are stuck and there is no way out of it or any improvement in sight.

Instead of blaming, let it go! There will always be words spoken or things done which are not to our liking and throw us off balance. Let it go! See it flying away and wish it well. Bless the person who rubbed you the wrong way, send love and compassion. It is their problem, not yours. Don’t make it personal.  When you do this, you’ll find your balance again and the more you practice, the easier it gets.

You’ll find your own way  to let it go. Just don’t get stuck by thinking about what happened, by returning the blame “how dare he/she……” because the longer you think about and dwell on it, the more upset you’ll  get. Just let it go, don’t allow it to take roots. The deeper it goes, the harder it is to let it go and be free again.

You are a free spirit and you are in the place you have created for yourself. Don’t let others take you out of it, changing your vibrations and tarnishing  your joy. It is up to you to make choices and this is one which will benefit you greatly.
